At Banstead Physio & Therapies we do not believe in the ‘one size fits all theory’. All our physiotherapy and massage treatments are flexible, and geared towards the specific and individual needs of each person. We fully respect and value the importance of your treatment preference. We do however aim to provide ‘evidence based’ treatments to ensure the best possible treatment outcomes.

All our physiotherapists are chartered and members of the Health Professions Council (HCPC). This means that we comply with core standards of our governing body and maintain our professional development. Our Sports Therapists are members of their governing bodies.

We are recognised by some private medical companies so please call and enquire further for details.

It never ceases to amaze me how brilliant physiotherapist are just manipulating our bodies in strange ways to ‘fix us’. Lindsay and her highly qualified team have once again sorted me out after just a few sessions. I’ve been visiting for over 15 years. They don’t just keep taking your money either. Be prepared to follow the exercises regime you’ve been given! A local Banstead gem.

Both my son and I use Banstead Physio and they have been great. I have seen most of the physios now and have nothing but praise for all of them. I’m currently seeing Helen who is a women’s health specialist and she is great. Also recently seen Lindsay who is also brilliant. My son sees Tom and he is so good with him and my son enjoys his sessions.

Today, I saw Agata Majchrak, Physiotherapist, for an initial assessment on my broken ankle (from a fall at the end of September) and related knee pain. She was absolutely brilliant; she gave incredible insight into the root cause of the knee pain, undertook some remedial treatment to reduce swelling and improve lymph flow (including ultrasound) and recommended some simple exercises to re-strengthen my damaged foot. I could feel the positive difference even as I left. Thank you.

Pulled a muscle lifting a heavy box (very painful, could hardly walk upstairs). Banstead Physio fixed up an appointment at very short notice (later that same day).
Seen by Matt who diagnosed the problem (not a back problem as I feared), took me through some exercises, and suddenly I felt much better!
Very grateful to Banstead Physio for sorting this out so promptly and efficiently.
