This was the result after a fall of one of our patients whilst skiing the other week.
I am pleased to say he is absolutely fine, BUT I can honestly say without the helmet things would have been VERY different.
Please always protect your head (you only have one brain and it is very precious!).
Please also encourage those around you if they are skiing or riding a bike to wear a helmet.
