Lindsay Harris
Lindsay trained in Glasgow and has specialised in out patient therapy since she qualified in 1998.

She set the clinic up in 2004 and is pleased that it is now one of the leading clinics in the area.

Her main interest is within the sports injury field and she has provided physiotherapy for a local rugby team for the past 10 years.

Steve Allen
Steve qualified with a BSc in Physiotherapy from Brunel Univerity.

Steve specialises in sports injuries and has worked in the world of professional football for all of his career, first as a professional player before becoming a physio.

He has been physio at, Crystal Palace,West Ham and is currently the first team physio at Charlton Athletic FC.

Caroline Hains
Caroline qualified in 2006 at King's College London. University of London.

Since then she has worked in the NHS for over three years, with the majority of this time working within musculoskeletal outpatient field.

Her main interests are in manual therapy and sports injuries and she has provided physiotherapy at Crawley Town Football Club and Worthing Rugby Club.

Laura Woolston
Laura qualified at Kings College London in 2004 and has specialised in Musculoskeletal outpatients since 2006 providing physiotherapy for Woking and Crystal Palace football clubs.

Laura currently works in the private setting after spending 4 years in the NHS.,Her main interests are sports injury treatments and more recently, women's health.,

Hugh Harris
Hugh specialises in deep tissue and sports massage and has been working at Banstead Physio & Therapies since the clinic was established.

Hugh has previously been in the armed forces and also works for St Helier Hospital.,He is a keen runner himself and has run marathons and as such appreciates the benefits of maintenance massage!,

Val Andrews
Val trained at Sutton College of Learning for adults and qualified in 2003.

She specialises in deep tissue and sports massage. As well as her work as a therapist, she is also an international badminton umpire and has umpired 10 All England Finals.
