Lindsay Harris

Lindsay gained a degree in Sport Science before she trained as a physiotherapist in 1998. After completing her Masters, she spent time in the NHS gaining valuable orthopaedic experience and then moved to a private hospital setting specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Lindsay worked in a number of private clinics before setting up Banstead Physio & Therapies in 2004. She is pleased that it is now one of the leading clinics in the area and recommended by local GPs and Consultants that are looking for the best possible care for their patients.

Lindsay's main interest is within the manual therapy and sports injury field. She has competitive knowledge of gymnastics, netball, and golf and has had years of experience as the travelling physiotherapist with rugby teams.

Steve Allen

Steve qualified with a BSc in Physiotherapy from Brunel University.

Steve specialises in sports injuries and has worked in the world of professional football for all of his career, first as a professional player before becoming a physio.

Steve has been physio at, Crystal Palace FC, West Ham United, Charlton Athletic FC and he is now currently the first team physiotherapist at Portsmouth FC.

Faith_Cripps

Faith Cripps

Faith graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science.  She then went on to complete a Masters degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Essex. Since graduating Faith has always worked within the private sector as an adjunct to her NHS work and then in 2008 made the step to work full time in a private clinic.  She continues to keep her hand in the academic sector and has published a paper in the International Journal of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.  Faith's key interest is Sport and Rehabilitation and she has experience with Crystal Palace Football Club, UK Athletics and she is the Lead Physiotherapist for the Great Britain Goalball Team and is working hard with the team to prepare for London 2012.
Away from the clinical setting Faith is a keen sportswoman, having hung up her international vest she is now training for the 2011 Marathon.

Lesley Roache

Lesley qualified with a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia and has worked in the NHS since qualifying in 2000. Lesley specialises in neurological rehabilitation, falls and elderly care rehabilitation within the home environment.

Lesley has experience treating strokes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, fallers, post hip and knee replacements.

Hugh Harris

Hugh specialises in deep tissue and sports massage and has been working at Banstead Physio & Therapies since the clinic was established.

Hugh has previously been in the armed forces and also works for St Helier Hospital. Hugh is a keen marathon runner himself and as such appreciates the benefits of maintenance massage!

Val_Andrews

Val Andrews

Val trained at Sutton College of Learning for adults and qualified in 2003.

She specialises in deep tissue and sports massage. As well as her work as a therapist, Val is also an international badminton umpire and has umpired 10 All England Finals.
