experience. Clare specialises in ‘Pilates’ and is a qualified Pilates
Instructor and registered with the APPI. Pilates is a form of exercise
that predominately aids posture and is ideal for patients that have to
live with chronic back pain and have often tried manual therapies with
little success

team. Hugh has previously been in the armed forces and also works at St.
Helier Hospital. He is a keen
